We are a growing company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Plumber to step into a Regional Manager role. This position offers the opportunity to combine hands-on expertise with leadership responsibilities to support and oversee operations across the area.
- Oversee plumbing operations and ensure compliance with all codes and safety standards.
- Lead, manage, and support plumbing teams within the region.
- Coordinate projects, scheduling, and daily workflow.
- Ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Must hold a valid plumbing license.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Prior management , sales or supervisory experience preferred.
